Yenja7 is a platform that helps users discover and connect with Tunisian-owned or Tunisian-friendly businesses abroad, including restaurants, shops, professionals, doctors, and service providers. By using our website or app (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Creating a business listing on Yenja7 is currently free of charge. However, Yenja7 reserves the right to introduce subscription fees, premium features, or paid plans in the future. If pricing changes, all existing business owners will be notified in advance and will have the option to continue or remove their listing.

Yenja7 is not a marketplace, employer, recruitment agency, or service provider. We only display information shared by users or available from public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or availability of services offered by listed businesses or professionals.

By submitting a business listing, the owner or representative confirms that all provided information is accurate and lawful, and that they comply with their local regulations (licensing, insurance, tax rules, etc.). Yenja7 may remove or edit listings that are misleading, illegal, harmful, or incomplete.

Yenja7 may display information that is publicly available, voluntarily submitted, or obtained through public APIs. If you own a business and wish to update or remove a listing, you may contact us at any time.

Users agree not to misuse the Platform, create fake profiles, submit false information, or engage in harmful behavior. Yenja7 may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. Defamation, insults, harassment, and fake reviews are prohibited. Yenja7 may remove reviews that violate these rules.

If medical professionals are listed, Yenja7 does not verify their credentials unless explicitly stated. Users must verify health information with official authorities. Yenja7 is not responsible for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Some listings may involve small services (electricians, plumbers, tutors, etc.). Users are responsible for verifying if such work is legal in their country. Yenja7 is not liable for any informal or illegal activity conducted by third parties.

The Platform may use geolocation, maps, or user-submitted coordinates. Geolocation accuracy is not guaranteed.

By uploading images or media, users grant Yenja7 a non-exclusive right to display them. Users must ensure they own the rights and that the content does not violate copyright or privacy laws.

By subscribing or adding a business, users agree to receive service updates and marketing communications. Users may unsubscribe at any time.

Yenja7 is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users and businesses. All interactions are at the user's own risk.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg or the country where the Platform is legally registered. Any disputes will be handled by local courts of jurisdiction.
